Sundance 07: “Spark City”
It's where Bosch meets Biskup.
“Spark City” is an alternate Park City where we catch a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes at the Sundance Film Festival. This played as a continuous loop before each screening during the 2007 festival. Something to entertain the people as they filter into the theater and try to find their seats.
I designed the layout, the environments, and the characters. Colors, effects, and compositing were done by art director Rick Newcomb . Animation was done in Flash by Joe Kubesheski, Joanna Davidovich, and Jeremy Seymour. Music and sound design by Stephen Mank.
