HGTV: Outer Spaces Open
I directed this show open for HGTV, as well as created & designed all the characters and environments, including the show logo. My approach to the opening here was more organic compared to the Listen Up! open, which was done around the same time. Even though there were some similarities to how the characters were stylized, I went with a rougher, sketchier aesthetic to the line work, emulating the theme of the show, which dealt with outdoor yard improvement.
